Property Technologies Consulting Engineers are building services design engineers with a 33 year company history based in Redcliffe, QLD. Our consultancy produces electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, lifts, fire, ESD designs, and can provide facility management and project management for a wide range of project types.

We have developed a wealth of experience in many diverse project types, including residential, aged care, education, commercial, retail and industrial. In addition we have worked directly with personnel from all facets of the building industry. Facility Management

We provide specific maintenance documents for the property, call tenders from suitably qualified contractors, coordinate and administer the day to day maintenance and breakdown issues. We perform annual inspections of all buildings, and closely scrutinise all work carried out by the approved contractors to ensure that it is of the highest quality.

We have certified Workplace Health and Safety officers and State Fire Act advisors on staff, who carry out periodic inspections of each building, and are available to provide advice regarding safety issues and ensure the property meets statutory regulations.

Property Technologies is also able to use its expertise to carry out:

  • Building services depreciation condition reports prior to completion of valuation reports
  • Provide Risk Analysis reports for buildings and building services systems


All designs conform with our third party accredited Quality Assurance procedures.

Property Technologies maintains current third party accreditation to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015 and is also a pre-approved consultant for QLD Government, holding Level 3 PQC Registration. Certificates of currency can be provided on request.
