Property Technologies provides a full-service design team, covering Electrical, Mechanical, Vertical Transport, Fire, Hydraulics and ESD services.
We present designs that are fully coordinated from start to finish in a greatly reduced time frame, without compromising our superior attention to detail.
Overseas project locations have included Nigeria, New Zealand, New Caledonia, New Guinea and Kuala Lumpur.

Social responsibility through environmentally sustainable design is a key focus of all designs produced by the Property Technologies team. We work hard to maintain the highest standards and ensure that designs meet government regulations while also being cost efficient for the customer.
Our team consists of RPEQ qualified engineers, Chartered Practicing Engineers, NABERS Accredited Assessors, Greenstar Accredited Professionals and a full in house drafting compliment. We run Autodesk Building Design Suite Premium and have the capacity to complete design documentation in both AutoCAD and Revit.
