This boutique unit development is slated for delivery in 2018. This is a 143 unit development with retail spaces and carparking to be delivered as two towers. Property Technologies is completing the electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and lifts services for this project. This is our second major project with the builder, Construction Control, and will become a significant part of the Maroochydore foreshore.
